fix to the “gigabyte range LZ77 preprocessor error”

1. Go to command prompt(CMD)
2. Run it as administrator
3. Type in “bcdedit /set IncreaseUserVA 2990″
4. Press Enter
5. Restart PC
6. try to run setup again.

This time it should stop showing the crashing error at 18% and install the game… it worked for me..
